WHAT TO BRING:
_____1 copy of medical form with original signatures for each student and adult, including you as a sponsor. These copies will be scanned and retained in a notebook as a matter of record from Marcch through May.
_____Registration housing forms for:
Female and Male Student, Separate Sheets
Adult with Judging Preference
YOU MUST BRING ONE ADULT FOR EVERY 6 STUDENTS OF THE SAME GENDER
COST: $185 per person includes transportation to and from PSU as well as room and board Sunday through Tuesday. Students are responsible for their own spending money as well as the cost of lunch on the return trip on Tuesday.
